Bob taught himself to paint after a heart attack and recurrence of epilepsy. In the last decade he has painted for clients across the world and, in the process, raised over £1 million for charity. His brand of charity greetings cards, Bob On Paintings, can be found across the North of England in Booths Supermarkets. He has won numerous accolades for both his art, teaching and charity work and was appointed to the Order of the British Empire in 2022. He is the founder of The Creative Health Trust UK - the only charity in the UK to solely support creative therapies in Hospices.
